Beachaven Villas · Website Concepts

Three directions to consider for your new website.

Each of the three concepts below takes the same content — your 20 functional units, the immersive on-property photography and walk-through video, the Siesta Key location story — and treats it in a distinct visual language. The goal isn't to pick the "best" one. It's for you to point at the direction that feels most like Beachaven, and we'll refine from there.

Coastal Classic preview

01Direction A

Coastal Classic

Warm, editorial, timeless. The feeling of arriving at the place your family has gone every summer for ten years. Driftwood neutrals, soft sea-glass accents, generous white space, an italic display serif that whispers rather than shouts.

02Direction B

Quiet Luxe

Restrained, boutique, the design equivalent of a linen shirt. Almost-black ink on bone, a single warm metallic accent, type that's quietly confident. Adjacent to Casa Tua, Inness, Habitas — places that know not to oversell themselves.

03Direction C

Sunny Side

Saturated, sunny, confident. The energy of a perfect Tuesday morning on the beach — bright turquoise, sun-warmed coral, big honest display type. The kind of site that makes a guest decide to book before they finish scrolling.
